Purpose of the position:  Application developer is responsible for developing software using programming languages and technologies of the .NET framework (C# and ASP.NET) and PHP. Developing applications from scratch based on Banking Supervision Department, upgrading systems, maintain systems, configuring existing systems and provide user support.

Responsibilities

   A)       Administrative:

- Preparing reports on programming project specifications, activities, or status;

- Conferring with project managers to obtain information on limitations or capabilities;

- Perform other tasks assigned by line manager;

B)  Task & Duties

- Information gathering and requirement analyses of business model;

- Collaborate with direct line manager regarding software design and architect;

- Develop scalable applications using .NET programing languages and PHP as per Banking Supervision Department requirements;

- Test and Deploy applications and systems;

- Modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces;

- Upgrade and improve existing systems and software;

- Develop documentation throughout the software Development life cycle(SDLC);

- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support;

- Reporting regarding all the activities and development progress to the IT and Systems Examination Section Manager;

- Carry out other tasks given by line manager;

Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Software Engineering/ Computer Application/Computer Science or other related field;

- C#, ASP.NET and MVC;

- PHP Programming Language;

- SQL Server, MySQL and SQL;

- HTML5, CSS, Javascript, JQuery and AJAX;

Skills:

- Strong analytical capabilities;

- Ability to follow direction;

- Ability to communicate effectively in writing, orally and organize small teams of examiners;

- Strong negotiating skills;

- Team work;

- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high quality work under very tight timelines;

- Deep programming knowledge;

- Good command of English Language.

Experience:

-Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Development.
