Da Afghanistan Bank is Committed to Retaining and Promoting Professional and Experienced Staff

Keeping in view the useful role of the professional and experienced cadre for conducting the affairs of bank,  the leadership of Da Afghanistan Bank recently promoted the competent staff of DAB who have extensive experience in this bank for the purpose of creating work effectiveness and inspiring other employees so that they play their part in progress of the country.

Mr. Mohammad Abbas Sameh has obtained his Master's Degree in Business from Osmania University, India, in 2012 and Bachelor's in Economics from Kabul University in 2007. Mr. Sameh joined Da Afghanistan Bank in 2009 and has worked for almost ten years in different managerial positions of the Banking Supervision Department.

He was appointed as Deputy Director Market Operations Department in 2020 and worked as acting Director General of this department for the past eight months.

Considering his professional capacity, experience and education, the leadership of Da Afghanistan Bank promoted him as Director General of Market Operations Department. We wish him all the best in all his endeavors.
