your dedication and determination to modernize the central bank, develop its capacity, and enforce banking regulation is recognized and highly appreciated . I am confident that you are a great inspiration to all your colleagues and those who will follow your efforts.

under your leadership, Da Afghanistan Bank has maintained a track record of successful reforms implementation, made important strides in building its technical capacity, enhanced macroeconomic stability and helped Afghanistan achieve its economic objectives.
