به اطلاع همه تجار، شرکتها و نهادهای قراردادی محترم رسانیده میشود، تضمینهای بانکی که در دوره اداره قبلی به منظور تضمین پروژهها و قراردادها در بانکها گذاشته شده بود و پس از حاکمیت دوباره امارت اسلامی افغانستان از سوی د افغانستان بانک بر آن برخی محدودیتها وضع گردیده بود، اکنون این محدودیتها برداشته شده است.
این اقدام از سوی د افغانستان بانک به هدف تسهیل تجارت، حمایت از سکتور خصوصی، تشویق سرمایهگذاری و تقویت فعالیتهای اقتصادی کشور انجام شده است.
