Da Afghanistan Bank is Committed to Retaining and Promoting Professional and Experienced Staff

Da Afghanistan Bank has started a series of staff promotions thereby introducing professional and competent cadre with good experience in central banking. Recently, based on the decision of the executive board a number of such employees have been promoted and/or hired. Hereby, Mr. Jamal Naser Raufi, Director of the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Center is introduced.

Mr. Jamal Naser Raufi has obtained his Master’s degree in Finance from Kardan University in 2020. He was graduated from the Economics Faculty of the Kabul University in the year 2008 where he completed his Bachelor’s degree. He has been working successfully since 2009 in different managerial and Deputy Director’s capacity in DAB’s various departments.

During his tenure in Da Afghanistan Bank, Mr. Raufi received training and capacity building courses in and outside the country. He is a creative and skilled employee of this bank.

Mr. Raufi was recently promoted as the Director of the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Center. The leadership of Da Afghanistan Bank wishes him further success in his future endeavors to serve the nation.
